Purpose
Web3 was meant to change the digital world for the better, but has fallen short of that promise. Rather than thinking in terms of the tech alone, we should be thinking about what the tech is for, who it can help, and the real change it can bring.

Flexible time off

Holiday shut-down
We close the office over the December holidays to give everyone a chance to turn off all of their notifications - family as well if you like - and recharge.
Offsites & Conferences
We value in-person connections, and actually like each other. That’s why we have quarterly offsites and give everyone the chance to attend conferences of their choice.
Remote first
We hire for talent not geography. If you believe in what we are doing and are amazing at what you do we don’t care if you’re in Toronto or Timbuktu.
